Training Tuesday: SPRC Training

During the session, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov 4, 2025, at 7:00pm EST on ZOOM, attendees will explore the SPRC’s mission, responsibilities, effective evaluation process, conflict resolution, collaborative methods for fostering a thriving church community and much more. Through discussions, participants will:

• Clarify the SPRC’s Role: Dive into the main duties of the SPRC and its influence on both pastoral care and congregational interactions.

• Strengthen Communication: Develop techniques for open conversations and constructive feedback between clergy and church members.
